This week was... ugly. Basically I took the information from last week (eat more carbs) a little too much to heart, my mom and her husband came into town, which meant eating out and ordering in, and I didn’t feel great and stopped cooking for several days. In other words, all hell broke loose.
I don’t even want to talk about it.
Tracking
I’m going back to tracking this week for serious now.
Exercise
One pilates class; one attempted pilates class (OK fine, this doesn’t count. I didn’t make it in time and there was no room to even quietly sneak in once I got there); and one 30 minute run/walk. Again, time to get serious.
Other
Despite a monster headache that lastest a day and a half and some general fatigue (which I expect to be a part of the rest of my life), once my mom and her husband left and we started to get back into our normal routine, I felt better. I really do think adding the carbs back in helped my mood, and I’ve generally been a happier person this week.
